Has anyone had problems with there BX1800 ? I have a 54" Mid Mower and a grass catcher on the back. I have had nothing but problems with everthing.
1. The Fuel Tank has been replaced 3 times.
2. The Fuel sending unit has been replaced.
3. The rear gauge wheels on the deck have been replaced 2 times.
4. The gear box for the mower deck has been rebuilt.
5. The power steering hose has been replaced.
6. The transmission has been rebuilt.
7. The grass catcher was installed with the wrong shear pins, and I broke over 40 pins before they got the correct pin.
8. The grass bags rub on the frame of the grass catcher and has worn holes in the bags.
All of this has happened and I have less the 235 hours on the tractor.
I have had two other Kubota tractors B2750 and L3010 and never had to have any work done on them.
I am now talking with Kubota about the BX1800.
Please let me know if you have had problems!

I have a bx1800 with fifty hours on it, no problems at all ....

We can relate to two of your problems with the fuel. The rest is very unusual and we have done nothing in those areas. I do wonder with the deck problems you have if there isn't something else there like the shear pins. ....

I wonder which MMM is on the tractor? It sure sounds like some components in the setup aren't very compatible. I wouldn’t be able to do much with the model information, but maybe somebody here knows how common the MMM would be for the BX. ....
